If you want to try working on Niteflirt as a flirt (aka phone sex operator), I want you to know those things before you begin, because in my opinion they are the worst site for sex workers and they deserve to go out of business.
1.When you first begin working there, you have a 30 day ''new girl'' tag.
That doesn't sound like a bad thing, right? After all, many other sites have new girl tags (for example Chaturbate). The problem with Niteflirt is that they do not emphasize that the first month they will be sending tons of traffic to your listings and after the 30 days your earnings will take a nosedive. I also watched several videos from supposed ''Niteflirt experts'' on YouTube who omitted that information. If you don't know that crucial piece of information, it is very easy to think that you hit the goldmine and drop all of your other sources of income or even your civilian job to just focus on Niteflirt. Don't make ANY hasty decisions until you have worked there for at least 6 months.
2. They NEVER ban ANY member, no matter how illegal/predatory/abusive they are.
In all of my years in the digital sex industry I have never seen a more immoral, lying, ineffective support. I had ancient accounts from 2003 messaging me and asking me to pretend to be a child (!), their niece (!), asking me to command them to eat their feces or watch them perform their penectomy on cam (they can ask you to watch them if you offer phone with cam listings). I reported each and every single one of them and none was ever banned. They are happy to have pedophiles in their platform as long as they make money. They also don't ban abusers who harass/insult/intimidate the flirts. Members would also make a new account and come back to harass me and nothing was done about that either.
3. They will ban you instantly if other flirts report you.
On my second month there I had a YouTube link on one of my listings. Someone reported it to support and -although YouTube is not a competitive adult platform- they blocked my account and froze my earnings for days and days until they ''investigated''. At the end I got away with a warning and I had to delete that listing. I know several sex workers who got banned without even a warning because some envious woman reported them, which brings us to point number 4....
4. The sex workers there are the worst women I have ever met in the industry.
I have never seen more catty, lying, offensive, toxic women grouped together in any other digital place, even the most toxic incel communities pale in comparison to what you will encounter on the Niteflirt forums. If you are new and you make the mistake to post there, be prepared for verbal abuse, insults and purposefully wrong advice. If you absolutely want to read on the forums, I would advice to just lurk and take notes and to not engage with the regular posters there.
5. After the first month your earnings will tank unless you have your lines open all the time.
The first month thanks to the new girl tag (that I did not know I had), I made $5k workings a few hours every day. After that, I had to leave my lines open for 16 hours per day to make maybe $3k. A lot of the men enjoy calling all the new girls and after they have called you a few times, they will move on to someone else and you will be left wondering what happened. The only way to keep earning is to have as many new customers as possible and keeping your lines open all the time will harm your physical and mental health long term and cause a burnout.
6. The site was under DDOS attacks on April 2023 and THEY NEVER FIXED IT.
They have put human verification puzzles and if you live outside the US you need a VPN to join. 70% of my regulars were older men (over 60) and they could not solve the puzzles, neither they understood how to install and use a VPN.I complained to the support many times, but up to this day nothing has been done. My ability to earn there has been severely compromised because of their indifference, incompetence and bad work ethics.
The conclusion: Niteflirt is a sinking ship going down fast and will not survive the emerging competition in the era of artificial intelligence. If you absolutely insist on trying to work there, make sure you have alternative sources of income, ban a child predator or any other type of predator the moment they approach you and trust none of the female grifters on the forum.
